- Receive a percentage of the upfront build, configuration fee, and of the recurring transaction revenue of the contract duration for the solution.
- The contract will be between Key IVR and your customer. Key IVR will handle the scope of requirements, sale, development of the project, full support post sale and bill the customer directly.
- You can be as involved as you wish, attending all calls/meetings/demo’s and email correspondence.
- You will receive regular updates on the progress of your opportunity.
- All staff will receive full initial training on Key IVR’s solutions including sales tips and opening questions.
- Key IVR’s Partner Team will conduct monthly calls with your team to assist with any questions, arrange further training, and we will even attend your sales meetings if required.
- The Partner will receive support from the Key IVR Marketing team to provide any resources you need.
- All staff will receive access to the Key IVR Partner Portal, providing marketing material, sales decks, case studies and more.
Resell or rebrand our services and work with us to deliver the solution
Opportunity to become an official Reseller of Key IVR’s Secure Payment Solutions. You will receive a discounted buy price of the solutions to allow you to resell the services to your clients directly.
- Key IVR are on hand to provide sales support with your opportunities and act as your “Payment Solutions Department”
- The contract will be between Key IVR and the Partner. You will contract and bill the client directly.
- The Partner will provide 1st line support for clients and triage support queries through to the Key IVR support desk on behalf of your customer.
- All staff will receive full initial training on Key IVR’s solutions including sales tips and opening questions.
- Key IVR’s Partner Team will conduct monthly calls to the Partner contacts to help with any questions, arrange further training, and we will even attend your sales meetings if required.
- You will receive support from the Key IVR Marketing team to provide any co-branded marketing information you need.
- All staff will receive access to the Key IVR Partner Portal, providing marketing material, sales decks, case studies and more!
Invest in Key IVR’s solutions and White label the solutions as your own
Invest in Key IVR’s solutions and White label the solutions as your own. Purchase our wholesaler platform and board your own clients with secure payment solutions as you wish.
- The Partner will then receive a percentage off RRP for any clients loaded on to the platform.
- The contract will be between Key IVR and the Partner. You will contract and bill the client directly.
- The Partner will be responsible for the entire project, from sale, specification, build and configuration, testing and client UAT and go live.
- You will provide 1st line support for clients and triage support queries through to the Key IVR support desk on behalf of your customer.
- All staff will receive full initial training on Key IVR’s solutions, including sales tips and opening questions.
- Key IVR’s Partner Team will conduct monthly calls to the Partner contacts to help with any questions, arrange further training, and we will even attend your sales meetings if required.
- The Partner will receive support from the Key IVR Marketing team to provide any white labelled marketing information you need.
- All staff will receive access to the Key IVR Partner Portal, providing marketing material, sales decks, case studies and more.
