The Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) is the largest recognised professional body in the world for the credit management community.
Formed 80 years ago, the Institute was granted its Royal Charter in 2014. Representing all areas of the credit and collections lifecycle, it is the trusted leader and expert in its field, providing its members with support, resources, advice and career development as well as a networking and interactive community.
CICM’s initial requirement was to find a secure PCI compliant payment solution to support their membership join and renewal processes, both online and by telephone.
Following the success of this first phase, the online requirement was extended to facilitate taking payments for training course bookings.
Key IVR delivered both website and interactive voice solutions that enabled new member payments and membership renewal payments to be taken automatically using debit or credit card. New forms were built that integrated with CICM’s existing membership system and delivered new secure payment functionality for the membership join and renew processes. The forms were then embedded into their existing website, providing a seamless end-user experience.
The website course booking functionality developed by Key IVR extended beyond integrated card payment functionality, also delivering new easy-to-use course view and select forms as part of the solution.
