Working with Key IVR
Through mutual clients and connections, Key IVR began a successful partnership with Indigo Cloud after they identified a need for secure payment services for an existing client.
Thanks to both parties having extensive experience within the debt recovery industry, a fantastic synergy was formed, allowing for increased knowledge and a seamless product delivery. The partnership has demonstrated dedicated support for one another, to not only ensure organisations can streamline their collections, but also collect payments in a PCI-DSS compliant manner.

Indigo Cloud was working closely with a prominent multinational supplier of Dietary and Health products. They had successfully delivered their Debt Solution software, DebtView, which was assisting with the reconciliation of customer accounts. After recognising a gap in their payment abilities, Indigo referred the supplier’s UK subsidiary to Key IVR, to discuss their need for an omni-channel solution to streamline their processes.
Discussions quickly lead to the development of a Payment IVR, allowing payments to be made securely on the phone, 24/7. The supplier also plans to expand their payment channels in the future, with text message and email payment messages being sent using the Click-to-Pay service. Both solutions will drastically reduce the need for staff intervention, allowing the organisation to focus on other, more demanding areas of the business. They are multi-lingual, allowing payees to choose English, French, Spanish or German, which helps maintain a high-quality service to their customers all over the world.
