This new interface is thanks to the latest platform change which saw important changes to comply with PSD2, improve system stability and resilience, along with improving our speed to deployment for future services. Numerous bug fixes were also applied thanks to the valuable feedback from our clients and their teams.
The new look gives access to our new Voice Recognition service, allowing your customers read out sensitive card details in a PCI-DSS compliant manner without the agents overhearing. Ideal for customers who may struggle to use a telephone keypad.

The new, clean look will be quite familiar for your agents, the fields presented will remain specific to your organisation and your current setup. We’ve deliberately made minimum changes to the location of options and text field locations, so there’s no need to retain your team to use the new design. However, if you add the new Voice Recognition feature, we would recommend specific training, so your staff are confident using it.

Using a telephone keypad to input account information or card details can be challenging for some customers, especially for those with a severe physical disability. To cater for all demographics, your agent can prompt the customer to say their card numbers out loud. Their details can be verified and processed as normal.
The system will mute the call as these sensitive details are spoken, so your agents and call recordings are out-of-scope and you remain PCI-DSS compliant. It will also detect if the customer needs assistance from the agent during the process.
