How Click-to-Pay Is Used for At-the-Door & On-site Payments
Whilst an agent is on site with a customer, they can input all of the relevant reference or purchase details into their dashboard, including a phone number or email address. This then triggers an SMS or email that is sent the the customer with a unique URL for them to follow.
This then takes them to a fully branded, secure web payments page where they can then complete the payment in a PCI compliant manner on their own device. The sales agent doesn’t handle their payment card, therefore unable to see or hear any sensitive details.
