We’re pleased to introduce some new faces to our Support and Projects teams.
Richard Gray (Service Desk Manager) and Kris Pope (Project Manager) have joined us, bringing some essential skills to the business to help support our expanding client base.
Richard joins us with a wealth of Customer Services and Service Desk experience, most recently from a large Higher Education & Colleges Group where he managed a team across multiple locations. He will be ensuring our Support Team are offering the very best experience to our clients.
Kris joins our expanding Projects team with previous experience in Customer Service and Business Analysis at Vodafone and Serco. In the short time he has been with Key IVR, Kris has already helped deliver a number of invaluable payment services to our clients.
