In light of a recent business growth, we have expanded our operations department to include a Customer Success team to build and further develop ever stronger relationships and processes with our customers.
We’d like to introduce Key IVR’s new Customer Success Managers, Sean Mullins and Kate Plews. They have started to introduce themselves to clients by getting involved in current projects. Both Sean and Kate have been helping with on boarding new clients and gathering feedback in order to shape the product roadmap, ensuring it truly reflects future demands. They have also been assisting with the service desk team to maintain a high level of communication and support.

Kate has a wealth of experience in client management across previous business development and customer service roles. She has a valuable history of work in a number of industry sectors including, manufacturing, b2b solutions, finance and banking.
Always working hard for a client’s interests, Kate has already been instrumental in a number of projects and service launches, on hand to assist key stakeholders and their staff adopt a new solution.
Sean is joining us after spending 9 years at PerfectHome, a popular nationwide retailer. He has a vast history within the retail sector that includes front and back of house roles, giving him very useful cross departmental experience.
During his time at PerfectHome, Sean was involved with new projects from concept to completion, providing his technical and operational support throughout the whole process. He is skilled in all things customer focused, shaping his new role at Key IVR tremendously to highly benefit each department.
