Video: Can All Customers Use Keypad Entry?

Can all customers use keypad entry?

The simple answer is, yes.

Any customer who has picked up the telephone to speak to you has used a keypad. They dial the 11 digits to ring the number, they dial the number of buttons to get through the auto attendant and now what we’re asking them to do is to press a sequence of 16 numbers between 0 and 9, and then their expiry and then their CVC. I think it’s wrong for us to assume that that person who could ring you can’t now press the keypad.

It’s a valid thought, it’s certainly a valid question, but the reality is very, very clear. There is no issue pressing buttons on a telephone. If you have an issue pressing buttons on the telephone you wouldn’t be ringing up to pay
