The solution is available as a package deal for all Xarios resellers. Thanks to the integration between Key IVR’s secure platform and the Xarios Dimensions Voice platform, they can offer innovative cloud telephony services, with the ability to take PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payments over the phone.

A unique feature of this integration allows for seamless reporting of the call journey from start to finish, regardless of whether an agent is taking a payment or not. As sensitive cardholder details are completely removed, there is no need to segment, encrypt or hide a portion of the call. This in turn makes monitoring customer service, and agent performance, easier and far more convenient.
