Powered by Nacha: ACH Direct Debit Payments

Accept fast, secure ACH payments across a wide range of channels with ease and flexibility.

What are ACH payments?

ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments are electronic transfers between bank accounts, commonly used in the USA for routine transactions. They allow for the seamless transfer of money directly from one bank account to another without the need for physical checks, credit cards, or cash.

ACH payments are often used for recurring payments like bills, salaries, and subscriptions, offering a convenient and efficient way to manage regular financial transactions. There are currently 2 types of ACH Payment processes:

Standard ACH: Payments are processed in batches and can take 1-3 business days to clear.

Same Day ACH: The payment process is much faster within the ACH Network, designed to enable payments to be sent and received at optimal speed within the same business day. The settlement is done four times per business day.

How it Works

Our platform streamlines ACH Direct Debit payments from end to end, making it simple for businesses to collect funds securely and efficiently.

Customers can authorize payments through a variety of channels, online, in-app, over the phone, and more, while the backend handles everything from initiation to settlement, all in full compliance with Nacha standards.

With built-in automation, real-time tracking, and robust security, you get a powerful, flexible solution that fits seamlessly into your existing workflows.

1

When an agent is on the phone to a customer and they are ready to make a payment, they can secure the call and input reference number, amount to pay, and select ACH as the payment method.

2

The agent then selects whether they would like the customer to pay via Payment Link, or by prompting the customer to enter their details into their telephone keypad.

3

The customer is then prompted by the agent to provide their bank details, including their Routing Number and Account Number, using their telephone keypad.

4

Sensitive information is never seen or heard by the agent, with only redacted information displayed on the agent’s dashboard. They can stay on the call to assist if necessary.

5

Finally, the agent confirms with the customer what Account Type they wish to pay from, selecting it from the list provided within the dashboard.

6

Once the payment is confirmed, funds are paid instantly to your business. The agent then has to option to issue a receipt, or restart the process if necessary.
