Key IVR Announces Certification for Internationally Recognised ISO 27001:2013 Standard

We are delighted to announce that Key IVR has received certification for ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (Certificate Number IS 706475) for Information Security Management System. Awarded by the BSI (British Standards Institution), a leading UKAS and ANAB accredited ISO auditor with an expiry date of 28th August 2022. ISO 27001 is an internationally recognised standard which helps organisations keep data secure by specifying the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving information security management systems and techniques. Key IVR was assessed against the International Organisation for Standardisation’s framework and guidelines. It highlights our commitment to information security across our business, staff and office locations. The new ISO 27001 certification accompanies our long-standing PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance, a crucial element of secure payment solutions.

Darren Wooding, CEO and CTO commented:

“I’d like to thank all our staff across all departments involved throughout BSI’s intense auditing process. ISO 27001 will now form part of our ongoing IT security and platform development. This is the core of how we do business and ensures we are providing the highest level of payment security to our clients and their customers.

We have many organisations approaching us concerned about how best to handle consumer data, as they aim to take any sensitive payment information away from their corporate environment. By achieving ISO 27001 we can assure organisations that they are making the right move by choosing our robust platform to provide their payment solutions.”

Key IVR Awarded the Latest PCI-DSS Accreditation To Become Level 3.2.1 Compliant

We’re pleased to announce we have been recertified and awarded the latest standard from the Payment Security Standards Council, PCI-DSS v3.2.1 certification. This highlights our commitment to the latest payment security, protecting over 4 million transactions worth £1.7 billion a year.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a set of strict security standards designed to ensure that all companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. Key IVR’s robust omni-channel platform offers organizations the opportunity to take card payments in a PCI-DSS compliant manner, dramatically increasing their payment security.

Darren Wooding, CEO of Key IVR said:

“We’re delighted that we can continue to supply organisations with payment solutions that are certified to the highest level of PCI compliance. Efficiency and security are at the forefront of everything we do, and we believe that you do not necessarily have to sacrifice one of these benefits for the other. Attaining the latest PCI DSS v3.2.1 certification is a fantastic achievement for the entire team here at Key IVR.

We’re approached by organisations looking for a provider they can trust to handle consumer data appropriately, taking any highly sensitive payment information away from their corporate environment. By achieving PCI-DSS v3.2.1 we can assure organisations that they are making the right move by choosing our robust payment platform to provide their payment solutions.”

According to recent studies by UK Finance, the level of Card-not-present (CNP) fraud has increased following the rapid downfall of cash and cheque payments. More people are seeking the speed and convenience card payments can offer, making it the dominant method of paying, leaving sensitive data vulnerable to malicious activity. Key IVR are dedicated to minimizing these risks, helping organizations and their customers process, store and transmit sensitive payment information in a safe and secure manner.

Whatever stage of the PCI compliance journey you’re on, we can help. By providing a range of PCI certified payment services that fit in with how your organisation operates, we can drastically reduce the requirements needed to achieve compliance. Contact a member of our team on  +44 (0) 1302 513 000 or email
