Key IVR is pleased to announce a new partnership with Forthwise, a consultancy business providing specialist expertise and solutions to organisations looking to improve their technology, processes and customer experiences.
Through the new partnership, Forthwise will offer and resell Key IVR’s secure payment solutions to its clients, helping organisations access a range of PCI DSS Level 1-compliant payment services across telephone, contact centre, web and digital channels.
The partnership represents a natural next step in the relationship between the two organisations. Following Mark Kelly’s decision to step down from his position as Chief Commercial Officer at Key IVR, Mark began developing his own consultancy business, Forthwise, towards the latter part of his time with Key IVR. This has now evolved into a formal commercial partnership, allowing Forthwise to bring Key IVR’s payment expertise and technology to its own client base.
Mark has played an important role in Key IVR’s development over many years, contributing significant industry knowledge and commercial experience to the business. Key IVR is pleased to continue working with Mark and Forthwise in this new capacity, while continuing to focus on its own growth and the development of its partner network.
The partnership will enable Forthwise to offer clients access to Key IVR’s vast portfolio, including Agent Assisted Payments, Payment IVR, Click-to-Pay, Secure Web Payments, and more. These solutions are designed to help organisations provide customers with secure, convenient payment experiences while reducing the risks associated with handling sensitive payment information.
David Gill, Head of Global Channel at Key IVR, said:
“We’re delighted to welcome Forthwise into the Key IVR partner network. Mark has been an important part of Key IVR’s journey, and we’re pleased that our relationship can continue to develop in this new way. Forthwise brings valuable consultancy experience and an understanding of the challenges organisations face, making this a strong opportunity to introduce our secure payment solutions to new clients.”
The partnership reflects Key IVR’s continued commitment to building relationships with organisations that can extend the reach of its secure payment technology and deliver additional value to customers. Key IVR’s established partner programme supports referral, reseller and wholesaler models, working alongside partners to bring secure payment solutions to organisations across different sectors.
For Forthwise, the partnership adds Key IVR’s established payment technology to its portfolio, providing clients with access to secure and flexible payment options as part of a broader consultancy-led approach.
