The team at Key IVR, along with their families, celebrated 15 years of successful business with a series of fantastic summer parties. The events were held local to Key IVR’s multiple office locations, with food, drinks and activities that were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.

Each party went down well, as everyone got involved in various activities including food masterclasses, badminton, oversized football, bike riding, canvas painting, and much more. And not to mention, Elise Pell – Marketing Coordinator, took the time to bake and decorate a fantastic cake to commemorate this brilliant milestone.
Even the kids got involved, as a scavenger hunt was arranged for each location, along with board games, painting, bubbles and lots of sweet treats, that kept smiles on their faces throughout the day.
Since it was founded in 2008, Key IVR has grown significantly in size and service offering. In 15 years, the organisation has evolved from a small Doncaster-based automated IVR provider to a dedicated team of specialists offering various payment channels across telephone, web, SMS, and mobile apps.
