A Long-Standing Relationship

Key IVR had a long-standing relationship with Irish merchant provider, Realex, who were acquired by Global Payments in 2015. Global Payments were eager to set up an official partner agreement with Key IVR and continue to work together to assist clients with their credit or debit card transaction requirements, ensuring payments are processed in the most safe and efficient way.

Working closely with Global Payments, Key IVR will assist in providing PCI compliant Card Not Present (CNP) and eCommerce (ECOM) solutions to organisations in need of a secure payment method. This will mainly include Payment IVR and Agent Assisted Payment services, allowing their clients to process transactions over the phone, either through an automated line or during a call with an agent.
