Key IVR are delighted to announce that our Senior Account Manager, Sophie Chan, has recently expanded her role, and has been promoted to Senior Account & Critical Delivery Manager.
Sophie has been with the team for over 4 years, and since starting her journey at Key IVR, she has expressed immense dedication and brought great value to every aspect of the business. Managing some very high profile clients and projects, she’s made a huge contribution to the organisation’s growth and success.
Her work with Nabuh Energy, Marston, NSL and many more, have paved the way for multiple future successes, leading her with the drive to expand on her current responsibilities. Sophie will continue to work closely with her clients as Account Manager, but will also be available to help any large projects as an emergency escalation for fixed periods of time.
