Whether you have agents interacting with customers via phone or web chat to complete the Direct Debit set up, or would prefer customers complete it independently using an e-mandate, we have something for everyone.
The agent connects with the customer via phone or web chat. They need to set up a monthly Direct Debit
The agent fills out the Direct Debit mandate form using the supplier’s portal
If preferred, the agent sends a mandate request link via chat, email, or SMS for the customer to accept or sign
The agent stays in communication to guide the customer through the process
Once complete, the agent can confirm with the customer and send a detailed receipt via SMS or email
